Working with the Golden Harmony team has been a tremendous blessing to my mom. The dedicated individuals who care for my mom have developed personal relationships with her that enable them to address her emotional needs with care and compassion. They also go out of their way to assist with many of her physical needs, including answering cell-phone related questions and purchasing items for her at the store. One amazing example of the special care provided by the Golden Harmony team is the dozen roses and beautiful poster filled with photos of my mom and dad over the years that was given to her on her wedding anniversary by one of her amazing care providers.

The care providers at Golden Harmony are incredibly responsive, understanding and empathetic. They treat Mom with patience and they’ve been helpful to me as family care provider. I needed immediate help for Mom and they were able to have a care provider start right away.
Following a medical emergency, I needed transportation to the doctor’s office for a critical follow-up appointment. While I often relied on the driver at my retirement community, he was booked on the day I needed transportation. I reached out to Golden Harmony and they immediately came to my rescue. Since then, I have used Golden Harmony regularly for transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and even for social outings with friends. Before the pandemic, a Golden Harmony staff member could also accompany me into my doctors’ visits to take notes. Having a second set of ears was very reassuring. Since I don’t have relatives in the local area, Golden Harmony has been a huge help during the pandemic, taking me shopping when I felt safe to do so, or doing my shopping for me when going out seemed too risky. Each member of the Golden Harmony team is sensitive, caring and delightful to be around. Golden Harmony has helped me maintain my independence and I am grateful for their help!
Golden Harmony provides great care for my mother-in-law, from playing games with her to making her breakfast and taking her to get things she needs. The care providers are amazing and a perfect match!
