Our Proven Companion Process
A Care Coordinator will come visit you in your home, to get to know you and establish a plan for services. They’ll ask questions about what kind of activities you enjoy and how our companions can help enrich your lifestyle and goals.
The Care Coordinator will take information gathered at the Consultation and create a plan of care. This plan will outline activities and tasks that our companions can assist with during their visit.
A companion will be carefully selected based on your requested schedule, care plan, common interests, and personal history. Our goal is to foster meaningful connections with skillful companions.
A member of our office team will personally introduce the companion to you at the start of the first visit. We’ll check in after the visit is over and make sure it was a great fit. From there, you’ll receive ongoing care and support!
