Team Member Spotlight: Raynie Escobedo
Raynie’s journey with Golden Harmony has been an inspiring one, marked by her dedication and compassion. Before joining our team, she spent 13 years as a stay-at-home mom, moving from Texas. Her professional background as a social worker, specifically as a nursing home social worker for nine years, laid a strong foundation for her transition into the caregiving field. Her deep-rooted passion for supporting seniors stems from her early years spent with her grandparents in Texas, whose wisdom she greatly admired.
Raynie finds immense joy in her work, especially in knowing that she plays a role in helping seniors maintain their independence at home. She loves being able to talk with them and provide support and assistance whenever in need.
Outside of work, Raynie is a devoted family person with a loving husband, two children, an 18-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son, along with a lively household that includes a dog and two cats. In her spare time, she loves to cook, experimenting with new recipes she finds in cookbooks from the library. She also enjoys reading and exploring the great outdoors with her family in their camper, often traveling to the Carolinas and the beach.
Raynie’s journey with Golden Harmony, from one of our very first companions 6 years ago to an indispensable Office Administrator, mirrors her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of those around her. We are proud to have her as a part of our team and celebrate her contributions to Golden Harmony.
