Ashley Andrews, nurse practitioner and expert on brain health

Ashley Andrews

RN, BSN, Nurse Supervisor

Ashley joined the Golden Harmony team in October 2024. In her role, she conducts in-home assessments for our clients to identify the best ways to support their journey toward safe and independent living. She also conducts training sessions and competency assessments for our caregivers to ensure high quality care.

Ashley graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997 and began her career as a medical-surgical nurse in Jackson Hole. Her love of travel led her to California, where she worked as an ICU travel nurse. She then spent nearly 20 years in pediatrics, with the last two years dedicated to home care. Recently, Ashley completed a thirty-hour Brain Longevity Therapy Training course through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, focusing on ways to slow down and even prevent dementia. Teaching yoga and meditation to seniors helped her discover a deep passion for working with them. She is inspired daily by the dedication of caregivers, spouses, and family members who support their loved ones at home. Ashley understands that aging is a unique journey, often challenging to navigate alone, and she is passionate about providing guidance and support to those entering this phase of life.
