Over the past year Kristen has served as a companion at Golden Harmony and we are excited to promote her to the Care Coordinator position.

Kristen, is originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL. She graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences, giving her a strong foundation in human development across the lifespan. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Gerontology at University of North Carolina Greensboro.

Kristen began her journey with Golden Harmony as a companion, where she developed meaningful relationships with clients and gained firsthand experience in the day-to-day needs of older adults. This experience continues to shape her approach as a Care Coordinator, allowing her to provide thoughtful, personalized support.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Eric and her two cats, Betty White and Eleanor Rigby. She values connection and brings a warm, supportive approach to her work with every client and family she serves.
