In her role with Golden Harmony, Sydney brings a strong background in senior living and a passion for serving older adults and their families. Her commitment to this work began at a young age while volunteering in nursing homes alongside her grandmother, where she developed an early appreciation for the relationships and meaningful connections found in senior care.

Sydney earned her CNA license and began working closely with individuals living with dementia an experience that shaped the foundation of her career. She has since grown through a variety of roles, including caregiver, Activity Director, and community leadership, eventually obtaining her Administrator’s License. She also helped open and manage an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, gaining valuable operational experience before transitioning into sales.

Most recently, Sydney spent eight years with Kisco Senior Living, where she supported families through important care decisions and built strong relationships throughout the community. She is passionate about helping seniors maintain independence while ensuring families feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud parent of three young children and is engaged to her best friend, and together they are building a blended family of five children. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.
